I'm trying to clean out my Upload Manager. I did this a while back but I can't seem to do it now.

Gee, thanks, Dave. :bat: It also says I can drag and drop from the top window to the lower inserting window but that doesn't work either.

I'm looking into this and I'll let you know what I figure out but I'm curious, is there a need to do this?

No, I guess not really. I could just post without pictures, I suppose. I have what looks like 1 MB of storage and I've used 500 kB already, not including what I deleted a while back. That gives me a handful of pics left that I can upload, depending on the resolution.

You should be able to post pictures at will and I want to make sure that's the case so I was only curious if you were running out of space or had problems.

You can edit attachments > My settings >Attachments

Hope this is helpful.

Try this....

Settings > My settings > Miscellaneous > Attachments

This should be where you can see and delete your attachments. I just created an account using tk59's exact permissions and I have this available to me.

I can see them but they seem to be links to whatever I attached, not the file manager and there is no delete or edit function on the page pertaining to attachments. Where do you see the edit/delete function?

I have check boxes for each attachment and then at the bottom of the page there's a "delete selected" button.

I have neither checkboxes nor a delete button. I have only a "show thumbnails" button at the bottom.

Wait a sec. I now have a delete selected attachments on my attachments page. Will this delete the content of my post or just the content of my manager?

Okay, I deleted the attachment and now it's gone from my post above but it is still in my File Upload Manager. BTW, I cannot move stuff from my Manager to the box were in says to drag files to insert them.
