I posted a while ago for a western. One actually came up, but it was well outside of my comfort zone price wise. And I’ve passed on a few wa in retrospect I would of taken now. Just seeing what is available. Open to any size gyuto, wa or western. maybe even suji ?

Saw those. Ideally I’d want shorter or longer in a gyuto, but certainly not off the table if it’s still available. Actually talked to the seller a few months ago maybe . Nice guy

Could we not just change the title of this thread to "Please Hoss Sell Everything You Are Willing Too" ... after all you have your "people" who can help replace them ... sort of like Santa's elves but smiths & grinders & heat treat specialists & sharpeners & handle makers ... oh well maybe they are all just you ... but while I am on the subject - you know what I am looking for under my tree & I promise to be good this year (that's a start at least ...)
