If you want a stainless bunka(its a big bunka,size 225), try finding a sakai kikumori yugiri.its stainless clad b1 by tanaka and sharpened by myojin

Ckc has a 180mm version in their site as well. So more like a standard bunka

I highly recommend those even tho I sold mine, basically a taller and stiffer Konosuke FM with stainless cladding, kind weird those sit while other Tanaka x Myojin sold like hot cakes.

Thank you for all your help! Yea I have bin looking at those knives and have not heard anything about them! I don’t understand why they sit also . I have found many different kinds online. Yea those 225 mm are a weird size . Kind of cool thought . Those Tanaka knives definitely have my attention 100 percent. I’m glad that you can recommend it. I found options in different sizes on 4 sites. Crazy and they even come with a saya cover too ..!! I’m heading to San Francisco and Denver Colorado next month for two weeks each . Can’t wait to see everything in person and up close . I’m stoked about it all..!
