**Step 1:**As we know, a whole of something is equal to 100%. In this case, we want to find what 1% of 641 is. We know that 100% of 641 is, well, just 641.**Step 2:**If 100% of 641 is 641, then we can get 1% of 641 by dividing it by 100. Let's do 641 / 100. This is equal to 6.41. Now we know that 1% is 6.41.**Step 3:**Now that we know what 1% of 641 is, we just need to multiply it by 1 to get our solution! 6.41 times 1 = 6.41. That's all there is to it!
