Does Kiyoshi Kato make stainless clad knives?

Nah that's Ironclad. I saw it in person. Not my cup of tea. I was going to buy and resell it here, but I'm too nice.

Yeah, I saw both this and Kaiju, I still pick Kaiju over Kato. So, I'll wait for my luck.

The only stainless kitchen knives he ever did are ATS34 . I only know of 2 made

I guess the only way to see for sure is whether or not it develops a patina or rust on the cladding. Kind of doubt the knifewear one actualy is SS clad though
