Description
Terrific all around chef knife with a convex grind that cuts like a laser. Made from thick 5mm AEBL with a hand sanded finish (costed extra). Excellent distal taper, drops through onions at the tip. Probably the best knife I have ever had or used. Sheath included.
Condition
Almost like new, blade has no chips or damage but there are a few very faint hair scratches on the left hand side. Handle is mint. I have never resharpened it and it is still razor sharp.
Specs
Material: AEBL
HRC: 62?
Length: 231mm
Height: 54mm
Weight: 236g
Thickness: 5mm at handle
Handle: White oak and brass
Messermeister
Description
This is the newer version of the 8" knife. It is full thickness (non-stealth, about 3.8mm at the spine) and cuts really well compared to other German knives I have used. I have not used it much at all. Would be great for some mid-heavy duty tasks.
Condition
Almost like new except for some light scratches. I don't think I have sharpened it and it is still fairly sharp.
Prices:
I would really prefer to ship both at once if possible, so I will give a slight discount and priority if someone takes both for $640. Otherwise if I can't sell them together, prices as such:
Both are SPF
Both (preferred): $640
Eddworks: $525
Messermeister: $125
Shipping included in USA.
