When I bought this knife late last year, it was actually my only gyuto. I always wished it were 20g heavier, but the profile was just perfect. But a few months later I got a 240 Kato WH and a 210 Munetoshi honyaki, what made the Tanaka redundant - and I did not use it since about February. So the time has come for it to go to a new owner.
As mentioned before - I am looking mainly to sell within EU - non EU guys can get the knife new (sale on JNS) for not much more.
The knife was sharpened 3 or 4 times, no thinning, no Kasumi experiments. The knife has no issues.
