Hi all,
Selling this kaeru sujihiki...simply because it has only slice half a carrot in one year...which is obviously not enough...
So basically brand new, never touched up the edge.
Asking 375€ shipped in europe

Shouldn't be the end of the world... ;)
Such a thicker heavier suji is IMO ideal as a slicer for meat.
