D2 has lower carbon at 1.55% D6 has 2.1%, D has 0.2% vanadium D6 has between 0.78 and 1.3% (w) Tungsten carbides.
In the UK D2 I can get it at £5.80 per KG D6 is around £48 per KG+ delivery + 20% vat
