I call this a Fighter. :)

But its basically a large camp knife or hunting knife. It could be used to survive in the wilderness for weeks at a time.. Or to carry and use in military service. Or to take hunting, when you after bear or moose or even elk.
These larger animals require a bit more blade to quarter out. and field dress to be back packed out.. The 6" blade makes it a more versatile knife in camp as well. From splitting stakes for setting up camp, to chopping and prepping wood for a fire to cook dinner over. to cutting up a apple as you sitting in the woods, waiting for the monster buck!

Also if you pull out a knife like this one at deer camp or wherever you are for that matter, it will make all your hunting buddys go "OOOOhhhh thats awesome!" :)

The bottom line is its designed to be used! and abused! Its 1/4 inch thick at the spine with deep flat grinds! full tang construction makes it s TANK built to be used and abused! and look good doing it! lolol

Thanks Guys for the comments.

Wow, the size of the tangs on these things always surprises me! The "HHH" filework is awesome.

Eamon, This one was, by customer request 1/4" thick. Which after working with or making kitchen cutlery is a HUGE difference!! :)
