Fepa F to Japan Grit, I am right?

I been trying to convert these to get an approximation. I know it's exact, but I am trying to se how close I am to it?

F80 - ~80 grit
F100 - ~100 grit*
F150 - ~150 grit
F240 - ~400 grit*
F400 - ~1000 grit*
F800 - ~2500 grit*
F1200 - ~4k grit*
F2000 - ~8k grit*
