Bladwosky gyuto western handle

This is call also the pig slayer
It s a monosteel knife forged in A2 steel

265 mm length
58 mm height
6 mm thickness at the handle and it doesn't taper until 10 cm after the heel .
360 gr

It s a big and heavy knife ,with a nice grind ,the cut feeling it s unique and despite the weight it s agile and very easy to use .

The A2 steel it s stay sharp and quite easy to sharpen

Handle is made of some sintetik burl

Knife is being used for a few weeks and being sharpen it once ,after that is just being sitting in a box .

Asking 350 USD

This is a vintage unknown blade I purchased few years ago in order to try different etching methods.

Knife is being fully refurbished by robin dalman that also did a HRC test on the blade with the stunning results of 63 HRC ,steel is unknown

Used it few times for home meal

Handle is ebony with brass rivets

Did you mean 6 mm spine at the handle for the Bladwosky? Looks like a monster
 
I have three Bladowsky knives (he's my compatriot after all!). Knives definitely worth the money!
