I have this stainless laser for sale.

210mm x 53.5mm laser gyuto. Convex bevels at 500 grit. Polished spine & choil. 67 layers VG10 steel at 61HRC. Rokkaku hanmaru handle ( wenge & faux ivory).

Spine thickness 2.22mm / 1.97mm / 0.71mm
Edge 0.84mm at 10mm, 0.41mm at 5mm, 0.12mm at 1mm from the edge.
