So @stringer has been running a cafe in Richmond, Virginia. They had a fine dining event not very long ago. Here's a video about it.

Very nice. I would come if I lived closer. I would also like a pared wine to go along with the food.

Southern Vegetable Soup (Sweet Potato, Collards, Black eyed Peas, Lentils, Okra), Honey Corn Bread

Cajun Braised Short Rib, Garlic Smashed Potatoes, Roasted Mushrooms and Rainbow Carrots

Apple-Ginger Crumble with Cinnamon Whipped Cream

Yes. Kuhn Rikon. My favorite peeler for anything not carrot shaped. Carrots I use a stick peeler.
