Yes, single bevel. I wanted it for breaking down chicken, mostly.

Not bad! How's the finger?
It's healing! There is a 1/8th inch border of new skin around the edge, and the ditch down the middle is slowly shrinking. Gets really painful if it gets cold, tho.

I just cut up some freshly cooked chicken, and it has some cool blue stuff developing!

OK, here are a couple more, with an actual camera. I did not hollow grind the backside on this one. It is my first ever knife of any sort, after all!
