I’ve already gotten a lot of great info off the forum and am excited to start contributing. Helped a lot as I was debating my first nakiri - ended up with the Masakage Yuki from Knifewear. Home cook, just finished rebuilding our kitchen (stripped it down to studs) and I’m looking forward to putting all my knives back to work.
