Hey guys, my Isamitsu 240 Shiro 1 k-tip fell and chipped the edge about 2mm deep. I could get it fixed at a number of places but I really enjoyed their grinds. Is their a place that can fix it AND replicate or put on a good grind? Not just thin.

I'm pissed everytime I look at it.

Cheers.

At least Japanese Knife Imports and District Cutlery have good reputations for this kind of work.

Put a card up to the grind and see if it's concave . . . I "think" it is from the pictures though. JKI has a couple different grinds they can do. Murray Carter should be good too
