Is it possible to force a mustard patina on a Konosuke HD? Has anyone tried it?
This is a tragedy. Every fridge should have 3-5 different mustards at a minimum at any given time.i've tried forcing raw meat patina - if it did do anything, it wasn't noticeable. mustard's next, but for some reason we just haven't restocked mustard in our home in ages.
that's why i kept one side un-patina'd.Why? Appearance? There would be no functional reason I can think of. But the b lue luster of the hd polished is spectacular.
