Then I did some cutting with a friend's (still a working chef) Yoshikane. Pretty well made it clear where I'd be spending a lot of $$ in the future.

In LBC? Just the usual big city stuff. Definitely more mellow than downtown L.A. though. LBC is like a small, big city in my opinion.Is there so much drama there?
