Famous dishes of michelin star restaurants in europe, as shown by restaurants themselves. What boggles my mind is how much preparation and meticulous detail is shown the ingredients. Total respect.

But, I imagine the dedication + time + respect = dining experience prices vs a meal/regular dining prices, so it always makes me wonder if the effort is worth it...

I watched them do that chicken under a dough in the oven... Supposed to be amazing, but when they planted it, it looked boiled basically.. not judging, but wondering... def wanted to taste it. But, the sauce, was amazing.
