thinning the herd a bit more and maybe exchaning one Spare for another. I bought this knife here about a year ago: SOLD - Fredrik Spare MCX ( 2nd batch ) Honyaki Gyuto 230mm
Has seen light use overall, 1-2 sharpenings, nothing wild. No rust, just patina. I paid around 350€ originally.
It's a great knife. The back gives it some rigidity, but it is quite thin and nimble closer to the edge.
I just don't love the profile enough, because I like tall front sections. Also, I would like to fund the purchase of the 270 dammy spare
