This is a 245 mm x 55 Japanese style kitchen knife in 26C3 high carbon steel with East Indian Rosewood and a G10 frame handle. This is a stock removal blade.
The blade is differentially hardened showing evidence of a hamon, although I do not polish the blade highly to reveal it.
The edge is hardened to 62/63 RC.
    Weight is 220 grams
Balance is well forward of the handle, about 40 mm.
The handle on this is oversized but I can take it down to a more common size.

a forum member has a similar one that was a custom order, that is slightly lighter in weight (more laser)

    I'll get spine measurements soon...
The stand is available separately, if someone wants it we can discuss.

Knife is $380 shipped USA priority mail with signature confirmation required, int'l at cost

    Thanks for all your support

@panda you've been wanting to try spicy white and a non fancy honyaki, here's your chance.

I'm the customer with this knife's more svelte twin (mine weighs under 200gr). I'm super pleased with mine. The steel is great -- no microchipping despite the acute edge, and it feels great on the stones.

Working with Harbeer is wonderful -- he's very responsive and is obviously a talented knifemaker. The purchaser of this guy is going to be very happy!

Harbeer is great to work with and makes excellent kitchen knives. I've got two of his knives already and am tempted by this one.
