Used it tonight. It's quite the little chopper, of course it's performance is greatly enhanced by my bad-ass handle:biggrin:

I love the handle, just not a Nakiri fan.

Although I do find it funny after all the rosewood/horn handles you've taken off your Takedas, that you decide to add your own to a Carter

I know ironic isin't it. I was just trying to keep it conservative, and understated. I like the crazy burls for my knives.
