available, this Japanese style kitchen knife, a gyuto.

blade length - 9.4" [238mm]
heel height - 2.23" [57 mm]
weight - 204 grams.
Spine starts at .134 [3.3] and tapers
spine and choil rounded and polished

Laminated steel. Hitachi white core. Stainless cladding. hand forged and quenched in water as taught to by Murray Carter. 63-64 rc core. Stabilized Mango and Kingwood handle with black g10 frame.

It does look super thin, but it says 3.3 mm (I assume), which doesn't seem super thin. But that measurement can be misleading sometimes. I'd like to see the distal taper, anyways great looking knife, very tempting!
