Mark @ CKTG offered some white#1 core forged out blanks awhile back from a smith over in Japan.
I picked up a couple to check them out. I ended up grinding nearly all the forged finish off and changed the shape too. I sent to JT for heat treat.
I went a little wild on the handle material choices! LOL
I am affectionately dubbing this the "murder hornet" as its just a little bit sinister with the scales, I dont even know how I came to choose the spacers and ferrule, but lo and behold, its now a theme.
a little over 2mm stock thickness
44mm tall x 152mm blade length

forgot to mention there is a hammered out titanium collar too. Ive started to incorporate that type of thing into my pcs, thanks for looking.
