Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan White Steel No.2 (Special Tsuchime Finish) Yanagiba any good?

I was looking to get my first yanagiba for work, want something in white and don't want to spend to much right now. I saw these on jck has anyone tried them before?

A simple web search indicates that there are also other possibilities inside NZ. This one seems to be of the same price range as that particular Furinkazan knife without any import issues. (Though you might have to ask about the scabbard.)
