They are a PITA to make,much moreso than a hidden tang,keeping tang and blade in line
But I love how they feel in hand when using

Off the top of my head I have seen Tony Laseur, Haburn, Shigs, Catcheside (very uncommon that he does the full tang integral), HHH. I'm sure there's more makers out there that can make them tho.
Almost everything out of Japan with a bolster is not a forged bolster and instead is soldered or whatever it's called. This includes the Meiji mentioned before and pretty much all the non-Shigefusa westerns out of Japan that I can remember, not saying there's no one else, I just can remember any others.
