Hi all,
My name is Tony. I'm a serious homecook in Gippsland, Victoria. I'm somewhat frugal and utilitarian on kitchen knives, but I'm closing the gaps in terms of selection. I've had formal woodworking training, so I am quite familiar with japanese tools and their maintenance. I tend to reach for the nakiri in the kitchen and a ryoba in the shed.
