I am partial to Hot Licks Spicy Garlic Pepper Seasoning on chicken and porkchops. I am always looking for good rubs....and I like a bit (lot) of spice normally. I don't have access to a grill, much less a smoker or treagor slow cooker, just looking for a normal use alternative for when they are out (currently), or to replace it.

I like Goya adobo powder on most meats except beaf. If you rub wings with adobo and olive oil they come out really nice. It’s my secret for award winning wings.

I like Lawry's Season Salt mixed with additional garlic powder and black pepper. I layer it on red, white then black. I love this on steaks.

I start with equal parts salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. That’s works as is or you can add to it depending on where it goes.
