When I first started buying Japanese knives I purchased a number of older used single beveled blades on Ebay. I put them into storage and now it is time to sort through them.. This Deba was listed as being foraged by Gen’Inbou in the 1950’s using Tamahagne for the edge steel. This Deba has a great in hand feel and balance. I am curious if there is any knowledge on the forum about Gen’Inbou. Kanji is close to unreadable. Any comments are welcome.
