    Der All,

Somehow my newly aqcuired gesshin ginga has a tiny bend of the tip. It cannot be seen visually. It can be felt when running finger along the blade. What to do?

You could gently tap it back with a soft (rubber/wood) face mallet. Or could sandpaper/sharpen it out. Honestly, I messed up my ginga tip like that too, and I just bent it the best I could back, wasn't perfect. I could see it still a little bent. But i just live with it now, it's pretty darn insignificantly small on mine. I got the bend when I accidentally stabbed the tip into the cutting board.

If you want to send it back, sure I guess. I wouldn't because that kind of stuff happens during normal use. If knife is new, it's still only a minor 'error' of the knife construction.

no worries... tip issues are usually pretty easy to deal with... especially something as small as you have described
