and your Sent Messages: http://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/private.php?folderid=-1

Both count towards the maximum number (100) of private messages that can be stored, before the website will refuse to let you send or receive any more PMs.

To delete, check each message you want to delete (using the small checkbox at the very right, after the message title).
Once you've selected all messages to delete, scroll all the way down and click the "Selected Messages (X)" box, where X will be the number of messages you checked. It will offer to delete the selected messages.
