I am looking to sell my Gesshin Kagero Stainless Gyutou 210mm, which I purchased from JKI in 09/2021. I would rate the knife to be in good condition. I have sharpened it a few times but never thinned, and it has held an edge incredibly well. I barely used this knife but it has a few light scratches from whetstone.
