I've been lurking a week or two, and learning a lot. I have quite a few knives, but never had any nice ones, of any serious value. But a chef friend talked me into my first Tojiro's, and I realized I have NEVER had a sharp knife! I'm now going down the path of learning to sharpen my own, and enjoying learning all the different aspects. I do all the cooking at home, and cutting veggies used to be a chore, now it's a delight!
Anyway, glad to be here, and maybe someday I'll be able to give back to the community.
