Got a knife need help identify it

Hello,

recently I got bunch of knifes, but I am pretty new to japanese knives. Need a bit help for identify the model number, steel type and handle material.

unfortunately I do not know any kanji, what does those characters say on the knife?

any help is appreciated

Most kurouchi knives made in Tosa (Kochi Prefecture) are made of blue steel

I wrote as above, but most of the knives that come up when searching for Tosa Tsukasa are made of white steel.
