Hi everone! I'm a guy 44 years old living In Sweden with my family. I am completely new in H-Q knives and sharpening but I have watched many hours of reviews, sharpening tips, knifecare, cooking and so on.
By now I have learned the basics.
Hrc, some knife steel material knowledge, brand names, vendors.
It started with my quriosity for Japanese swords, warfare and culture. And how on earth are they managing too produce the best tools and machines, with almost nothing sometimes .
