Hiya all,

I´ve followed the forum for a while and decided to participate a bit more.

It all started with the tojiro dp nakiri that was supposed to be the one and final knife (as if...), but this only served as a stepping stone to more knives (and stones)..

I´m a home cook that focuses on knives that will see frequent use rather that collectors items:
Preference is on knives with a flatter profile (chopping/push cutting), usually a bit undersized.

a question: where can i find the forum guidelines ? for instance when suggesting a knife it seems obvious to suggest something from the affiliated vendors, but what is someone have requests that seems to fit perfectly with something else ?

just a thought.
