Hi my name is Riccardo and I live in Italy (Positano). I'm a knifemaker and I mainly make hunting and fighting knives. I make kitchen knives mainly on commission. I have read many posts here in the forum and I find it of great interest to know the opinions of those who work with the knife for many hours a day. Yes, I also use the knife a lot but my days are mainly holding pieces of steel in my hands that will become knives.
