My name is Josias Zimes, I'm a product designer and knifemaker from São Paulo/Brazil. I started producing my first kitchen knives in 2020 and since then it has been a great learning journey.
I have participated in some knives shows and exhibitions throughout Brazil, and I received some awards in kitchen knife categories.
