Greetings from the Czech republic.
I love cooking and cooking is associated with sharp knives. I have been sharpening knives since 2016. I only own synthetic stones. My favorite stone is the Shapton Ha-no-kuromaku 5000 with nagura from an ancient razor stone inherited from my great-grandfather. I'm here to find out more about Japanese natural stones.
I'm already looking forward to learn from here.
