Thanks for having me. Hopefully get to learn a lot more about everything kitchen knives.
I am a home chef and hunting enthusiast so knives come into play a lot. I have about 20 knives
in my kitchen collection, nothing fancy except for a Yu Kurosaki 270mm Gyuto. Headed to Japan for
a delayed 3 week honeymoon in Spring of 2024 and going to spend a couple days in Echizen. Looking for
a really good bunka there that is quite deep.
Most recent purchase is a thrift store Kiwi vegetable cleaver that is sharper than anything ive ever seen used haha
