Hi All,

Up for sale today I have a lightly used, never sharpened Hado W1 240 Gyuto forged by Y.T

This is an exceptional example of a wide bevel, the symmetry is perfect. Balance is an inch in front of the handle. The last inch has an insane taper which makes side swipes on onions a dream. Lacquered handle and comes in the nicest box I’ve seen.

I bought from modern cooking and probably have around £500 into it with taxes, shipping etc. Looking to sell for £350 -> £325 -> £300. I will cover first £10 of shipping.

230 x 51mm. 195gr

So, what’s the big deal? Shipping to the US won’t be a problem… In my case, shipping to the US from EU will be only 8€ more expensive than shipping inside the EU…

Daddy yo yo is right. Its more of a pain for me to sell to the US because of the paperwork but cost wise it’s maybe £20 ish.
