Putting up for sale my Hado Blue #1 Damascus 210mm Gyuto. Bought this from Chefs Edge around November last year.
Hasn't really seen to much use, maybe 4 or 5 meals at home. Never been sharpened only some passes on a leather strop.
I just don't find myself grabbing this knife too often in favour of my TxK and definitely discovered i prefer a longer blade.
Specs Below:
Blue #1 Iron clad
210mm with about 198mm cutting edge
Heel height 51mm
Weight 166g
Oak handle

Wanting around 750nzd (450usd) but realistically open to reasonable offers as not too sure how much these go for with minor use.
Located in New Zealand so shipping to the States can get a bit expensive but happy to half the shipping costs or work something out with buyer.
