Good morning everyone. I live in Guam, moved from Okinawa. I am a home cool and have a mix ofnmid-tier Japanese knives, mostly blue #2 stainless clad, including one from Matsubara I picked up in person as his only visitor in months during COVID, and a few nice German knives. I've been obsessed since living in Japan and visit this forum frequently to learn. Looking forward to joining in and contributing.
