Hi KKF,
Halcyon Damascus (Purple Handle) - $950
Recently grabbed two Halcyons. Promised myself I’ll release one when I did.
This one features a rare diamond wide bevel grind from Joe and has a really nice figure in the damascus pattern. Topped off with a dyed maple handle to match that really gives it a galactic look to me.
No slacker in performance either, powering through produce quite smoothly and doing pretty well for itself in food release.
Really wonderful knife, and was pretty hard choosing between the two. Definitely sits on the upper echelon of what I own.
Halcyon Forge 26C3/15N20 - 243mm Diamond Wide Bevel
Letting this go for $950 (SOLD, Pending)
Steel: 26C3/15N20
Heel Height: 53mm
Edge Length: 243mm
Thickness of Spine at Heel: 4.3mm
Weight: 248g
Handle: Dyed Maple Burl/Horn
Geometry: Diamond Wide Bevel
Small dent in the horn ferrule.
Used, never sharpened. Tested on a couple produce from me.
As for the Yanick, well Yanicks are amazing.
Yanick 135Cr3 242mm (Violet/Poplar Burl) (SOLD, See Below)

Heel is ~45 degrees whether intentional or not.
Touched up before it came to me. Tested on a couple produce by me.
Doesn't come with saya.
Thanks all.
