Absolute beast of a workhorse gyuto with natural stone finished Kasumi bevels. Steel is 1.2562 clad in wrouggt iron. Handle is stabilized amboyna butler with mammoth molar ferrule. This one is just a bit too big for me.

This is an older one a few years back, he had a few batches of delamination before we could get a clean foege welded piece for this baby
