Good mini chef in 62-63 Hrc M4,145 x 43mm, around 154g. bought directly from him, I’m keeping the parer which I like a lot and selling this one here, kind too similar to another small knife I have. Hollow grounded and thinner than his usual grind, choil is not representative as can be seen in the spine shot, not nail flexing thin but still thin enough for veggie and fruit, yet tough enough to do butcher work. $300
