I have a gyuto and it cuts very well. Very thin at the edge. Should be a very nice slicer at a reasonable price.

It's a nice knife for the price, I just don't see myself using it as I'm looking for something longer, though I wish I had grabbed a gyuto from Home Butcher when they had them. I have a custom coming later this year to upgrade my current 280mm one, so I figure this should go to someone who will use it, not sit on a shelf.

That's a really nice bargain for shorter knife afficionados like 210 and bunka/nakiri lovers who want to dip their toes into something a bit longer for their meat slicing needs.
