For sale Hatsukokoro Yoake aogami1 250 gyuto.

Bought recently, used it couple of times in home kitchen, didn't touch the edge. Basically in the same condition when I got it plus a hint more patina. Isn't quite there for me, so I am letting it go and would like to get 245usd plus shipping(22-60usd depengind where the buyer is located).

I really dig these Yoake migaki. Super thin behind the edge, lots of core steel exposed, tall and good taper. Very slight convex. Not to be confused with the non migaki version and similar to the Komorebi Damascus b1. Once the lacquer has been removed it performs much better. Got myself both a 210 + 240. Do it…
