Bought both of these in 2008 from JCK. The boning was the first batch and the cleaver was the 2nd batch Koki got. I never used the cleaver, still has it's factory edge. I used the boning once, had Dave sharpen it and it's been sitting since. Both come in the fancy box. Boxes are functional, but they've been through a few moves and don't look the prettiest.
